Orange County Linens Rental Guidelines
1. Timeframes
We offer adaptable rental schedules to fit the timeline of your project or occasion. Whether you need the fabric for a quick weekend gathering or an extended home staging project, we can work with your schedule.
2. Pricing and Costs
The total cost of your rental depends on two factors: the specific style of fabric you choose and how long you keep it. This price bundles together the use of the items alongside our standard post-rental laundering and upkeep.
3. Securing Your Items
To lock in your selected items for a specific date, you will need to book them ahead of time. Because inventory moves quickly, we suggest placing your booking well ahead of your event to ensure your favorite styles are open.
4. Transport and Hand-off
We handle the logistics by offering drop-off and collection services for all orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on your venue’s distance from us. Once your time is up, we expect the inventory to be ready for pickup in the same shape it arrived in.
5. Treatment and Handling
While we guarantee that all items arrive immaculate and ready to hang, looking after them during the rental window is up to you. Please keep them safe from spills, tears, and unauthorized adjustments or alterations.
6. Missing or Ruined Items
If an item is severely broken, permanently stained, or goes missing while in your care, you will be billed for the necessary repairs or full retail replacement. We highly recommend inspecting everything the moment it arrives and alerting us immediately if you spot any pre-existing issues.
7. Post-Event Laundering
You don’t need to wash the items before returning them—our team takes care of all standard laundering. However, if items come back with extreme odors, severe stains, or grime that requires specialized treatment, we will have to assess an extra deep-cleaning fee.
8. Changing Your Mind
If you need to drop your booking, please give us at least a 48-hour heads-up before your delivery date to get a full refund. Cancellations made past this 48-hour cutoff may be charged a late cancellation penalty.
Please Note: We occasionally update these guidelines. When we do, we will make sure our clients are notified right away. By proceeding with your rental order, you are agreeing to follow these rules.
